I have used Direct2florist a few times to send flowers to my family in England and have never been disappointed. the flowers are always fresh and last for a very long time. My last order was for an Orchid and the colour was amazing. The pricing is good even with the exchange rate. I would recommend them to any one wanting to send a gift to a loved one far away.

Previously I've used M&S and other big retailers to send flowers to my family in the UK, but they have become increasingly unreliable, and my preference is to use local businesses when I can. I chose Floral Art Design in Milton Keynes as they are very close to my parents place; at the time I didn't know they were part of the Direct2florist network. The flower basket I ordered was beautiful and my family said that the person who dropped it off was friendly (even wished my mum Happy Birthday). I also received good emails via Direct2florist regarding delivery and also pictures of what was sent. We ordered a bereavement bouquet from Canada to be delivered to a grieving relatives in UK. We ordered from local florist - Floral Art & Design and made a special request online. They called to clarify the request and even send a picture of what the bouquet looks like prior to delivery. It looks even better than the original picture. Ordering online from overseas is always a gamble, but Floral Art & Design and Direct2florist really provide excellent services and products!

How lovely to have such a good experience in this day and age. I placed my order and in no time, there was a message to say that the florist had a query. The phone rang almost immediately as she didn???t have one of the colours shown on the website l. This sorted out, the flowers arrived a few hours later handed to my daughter by a lovely lady wearing a mask. The flowers were really lovely and my daughter was pretty delighted. I can???t believe how easy this transaction was and with the desired result. Now I have been asked to review my experience - sent with two photos of the flowers. I am really impressed!

Floral Art & Design???s service was exceptional - they honestly couldn???t have done enough to help me. I live in Australia and my close friend in the UK was suffering a family loss and I ordered her some flowers with a teddy bear. The florist rang me from the UK to explain that, due to COVID-19,, flowers were unavailable until the following week - I desperately wanted to get something to my friend and, after chatting with the florist, they offered to deliver the teddies separately early the next morning. I was at the care home when my mums flowers arrived late morning of her birthday. I was very pleased with how they were presented and that my instructions not to include lilies and restrict greenery had been adhered to. Mum loved them too. Highly recommendedlove the way the flowers were presented by the florist and that they did not include lilies or too much greenery as requested. Lovely flowers, and my Granny was delighted. The only thing was the flower card said &quot;Dear mum&quot; when it was actually to my Granny! I know it was mothers day but this was a bit of an assumption.

Ordered a bouquet and then a flower basket at very short notice. Having used this florist many times I was confident I would receive quality arrangements, I wasn't disappointed. Tracey, selected the colours and choice of flowers perfectly for both the basket and the bouquet, there was only one word my mother could use to describe them 'wow'.. <br/> <br/>Thank you Tracey once again for making my mother's birthday a special one and for coming to my rescue at such short notice.. Ordered a basket of flowers for a relative in a care home. I have used this florist before with very pleasing results, this order was no exception.
